Perennial is the first restaurant concept by owners Michael Scherzberg & Kyle Ketchum.
Executive Chef, Kyle Ketchum, has spent his career developing his culinary and leadership skills in some of the country’s finest restaurants and hotels, including: Bostonia Public House, The Spiced Pear at The Chanler at Cliff Walk, The Lark, The American Restaurant, The Omni Interlocken Resort, and Hyatt Hotels. In addition to leading some of the finest kitchens in the country, he has helped to develop another generation of culinarians as an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu in Boston. At Perennial, he creates healthful, fresh menus by allowing food to taste as it should - by having respect for the ingredients and a mastery of proper technique.
The bar and dining room are overseen by Michael Scherzberg, who has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry working in, leading and managing top restaurant and hotels around the country. These including: Gram & Dun, The American Restaurant, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, The Ventana Room, Lautrec, The Inn at Little Washington, The Restaurant at Meadowood, The Patina Group, The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons Hotels, The Ocean House, Meadowood Napa Valley, The Windsor Court Hotel, and Loews Hotels.
