About Us

Perennial Restaurant Design is the creative engine behind Perennial Restaurant Group.  Our design team has been involved in the planning and design of dozens of concepts across the country.  We have a full interior design and graphic design team on staff ready to handle any hospitality design job.  Our expertise is in creating spaces guests will be comfortable in and will look forward to returning to.  

Perennial Restaurant Group is headed by Michael Scherzberg and Kyle Ketchum.  Together they have over fifty years experience in the hospitality industry.  Chef Ketchum is an expert in kitchen design and equipment selection, while Mr. Scherzberg has handled all aspects of restaurant and hotel F&B design for a number of top properties in the mid-west and on either coast.
